Before we run a single module, we run a structured 2-hour session with your L&D leadership to map where your organizational design is suppressing information flow across five dimensions: policy and incentives, communication infrastructure, skills gaps, cultural norms, and how speaking up is currently measured and rewarded. The diagnostic identifies which dimensions are driving the most silence in your organization specifically. The cohort is scoped to address the skills dimension directly, with clear recommendations for the others. You leave with a roadmap beyond the program itself.
